Learn also of the Choctaw Indians who knew of the special properties of the water now used in the production of our very own Abita Beer.<br />

<p>The proprietor and founder, Kelly Hamilton, holds an M.A in History and is a full time instructor at Xavier University of Louisiana where she teaches numerous courses including U.S. History of Ethnicity and Immigration and Louisiana History. All information in the tour is researched and documented. Our company prides itself on historical accuracy and professionalism.</p>
