My wife and I have a friend that used to live in NOLA and recommended Premier New Orleans Food Tour and it was amazing. Our guide, Brion, was more than passionate about not just what we are at the 5 restaurants we dined at, but also shared a bunch about the history of how the food evolved from the different cultures. He took us to the best spots and made my sister feel so special on her birthday. On top of all of that, Naif and Sandy helped me and her friends find a birthday cake to surprise my sis at the end of the tour. We had a blast, everyone on the tour was fun and had great stories to share. Naif, as a true Cajun, was charming and hospitable. He made sure we were happy and comfortable all day long. The food was incredible!! Enough to enjoy, taste, talk about, but not somuch that you were overstuffed at the end of the day. The jambalaya, the etoufe, the muffaleta were wonderful, but the bread pudding was exquisite. We hated for the day to end and felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends that we will see again.
